Acton Town Medical Centre was closed at 18:30 on 24th September 2025 and will NOT be reopening. It will be permanently closed as of Tuesday 24th March 2026.
Crown Street Surgery is acting as caretaker for all Acton Town Medical Centre patients until 24th March 2026.
