We are hosting a Patient Participation Group (PPG) meeting on Tuesday, 9th January, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Acton Town Medical Centre.

This meeting is your chance to:

  • Provide valuable feedback on our services.
  • Discuss areas for improvement.
  • Help shape decisions that support better patient care and practice operations.

We’ll review feedback, create improvement plans, and work together to make a positive impact on the services we provide.

All patients are welcome to attend, whether you’re new to the PPG or a returning participant. Your input is vital, and we look forward to your contributions.

Let’s work together to improve our services and care for the community.

We hope to see you there!
